You asked for it and now we have it!

HBA understands that conducting an open house is something not everyone wants or is able to do. We now have an option for you.

Here is how it works, for only $225.00 (1) we will:

Schedule a two hour open house.

(2)

Conduct an open house using one of our licensed HBA agents.
Insert a classified ad in the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel and other media outlets.

(1) Seller shall pay an additional commission of 2% if an agent procures a Buyer during the course of the open house that eventually purchases Seller’s home.

(2) Seller must reserve a date and time with Broker not less than 10 days prior to any scheduled open house. Upon confirmation Broker shall schedule an open house.
