Randy Rosen founder of HomeBuyers Advantage, LLC (HBA), had a mission to save Buyers and Sellers as much money as possible by utilizing technology to its fullest. Thus, HBA was created in March of 1996.
HBA, was first conceived as an exclusive Buyer's Agency. Initially, Buyers were zealously represented and received incentives when they purchased a home using a HomeBuyers Advantage agent. Randy and his agents worked tirelessly, saving Buyer clients thousands of dollars.
Early in 1999, HBA turned its attention to expanding services toward Sellers. HBA introduced an innovative low cost commission structure. And program debuted in early 2000. This program was immediately accepted by Sellers throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area. The overwhelming success of this program culminated in Mr. Rosen’s recognition, by the Business Journal, for being in the top 5, in area sales from 2002-2004. Since that time several other HBA agents have joined the million dollar sales club.
HBA has grown from an office of two agents to a prospering Real Estate Company with offices in Milwaukee, Mequon, Pewaukee, Oconomowoc, New Berlin, Fox Point and Oak Creek.
HBA's expertise lies in representing both Buyers and Sellers. The company continues to grow by developing ways to provide Buyers and Sellers with services not found in traditional Real Estate Companies. HBA continues to innovate by utilizing today’s technology to its fullest.
HBA’s current website was revamped in early 2008 with the goal in mind to be as consumer friendly as possible. Videos that help explain the services and a state of the art mapping function were added as site enhancements.
Recently, HBA has turned its attention toward offering an array of additional services. HBA’s affiliations now extend to title, mortgage providers and contractors. HBA now offers its clients an in-house concierge service that provides a complete menu of services which help facilitate the real estate transaction.
Today, HBA recognizes that its success is not only based on delivering low cost services, but also in maintaining the best customer service available. HBA is currently in the development stages of incorporating into its website an E-Bay style rating system which will be the first of its kind within the real estate industry. |
